It's official! I mailed in my registration for my first half marathon, which will be held on May 2nd, 2010.I'm so excited! I have plenty of time to train, and it's being held at a great spot on a beach where I've run before. The half is held along with the New Jersey Marathon, so I expect that it will be a really large race - the biggest one I've ever run in. I asked my running buddy if she'd be interested in running it with me, so we'll see what she says. I might have some company! (And the support staff as well, since my buddy's husband and kids usually come to watch.)
So, it's official. And luckily, I didn't have to chase down the mail truck this time. :-)
